REQUIREMENTS:

Grade 10 -12 equivalent qualification with at least 1year relevant experience.
A Valid Driver’s License is essential.
Must be Computer Literate.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Good telephone etiquette, interpersonal and communication skills (Written and Verbal)
Knowledge or experience of the Human Resources field as well as a PDP Driver’s license will be an added advantage.

DUTIES:

Drive light and medium motor vehicles to transport passengers and other items (mail and document)
Conduct routine maintenance on the allocated vehicle and report defects.
Complete all the prescribe records and logbooks with regards to the vehicle and goods.
Render a clerical support/messenger service in the office -this would entail: Collect and deliver documentation and related items in the Department, Copy, scan, bind and fax documents.
Package documents to be couriered.
Delivery of mail daily to various regions.
Ensure that documents arrive on all stakeholders.
Keep record of documents delivered.
Ensure that there is proper tracking of documents.
Perform other duties assign by superiors.
