POST 1: MANAGEMENT SUPPORT AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (HAY BAND – N)

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

At least a 3-year qualification (NQF 7) in Business Management or Business Administration.
A formal qualification in public and development sector monitoring and evaluation would be advantageous.
4 years proven business management or business administration experience
Good knowledge of the national and international water sector
Good knowledge on the policies and strategy issues related to the provision of bulk water services
Experience in working with the National Water Department and LocaI Government.
Good computer skills

POST 2: SENIOR INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN X1

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

Grade 12 and S4 or N6 in Electrical (L/C) Engineering.
A National Diploma in Electrical (L/C or H/C) Engineering will be advantages
Mechanician Trade Test Certificate
10 years’ relevant work experience within a similar environment
Code 10 driver’s license.
Knowledge of OSHA and safe working procedures

Financial Performance target setting, analysis and reporting
Analytical, problem solving and report writing
Proven Management skills, strong communications and influencing skills
Experience in Financial Computer Systems i.e., SAP
Computer Literacy in MS Office Suite

Business Partnering experience
Strategic financial consulting and advisory skills

POST 4: FINANCIAL COMPLIANCE AND REPORTING MANAGER

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

A CA (SA) or equivalent qualification
Experience in management of compliance monitoring and risk management in a similar environment
Experience in management of internal control monitoring in a finance environment
Experience in accounting and company policy development and reviews
Excellent knowledge of compliance standards in respect of statutory, legislative and regulatory frameworks including PFMA, IFRS, GRAP, Income Tax, VAT, JSE requirement, King IV etc.
Excellent knowledge of financial accounting systems and experience in the management thereof
Advanced computer literacy in respect of spreadsheet applications, word documents and power-point presentations

Desirable qualifications and experience

7 – 10 years post qualification experience in internal financial control and financial accounting
Project Management and Information Technology
Strong supervisory experience required, including the ability to gain consensus and motivate employees.
