CRITICAL PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- The main purpose of this position is to oversee the project management of both capital and maintenance projects including overall requirements, and the management of the physical construction and maintenance processes within the built environment from conception to completion, including management of related professional services.
- The project manager will be involved in all stages of the project processes from pre-feasibility to close-out (conclusion).
- The project manager will be responsible for ensuring that the project deliverables are delivered on time, cost and quality for the project.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Academic qualifications:
- A Minimum of relevant NQF level 8 in the Built Environment fields
Experience:
- At least 3 years relevant experience as a project manager practitioner
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Registration with professional body (if applicable)
- Proven registration as candidate project manager, or
- Proven registration as candidate professional in the Built Environment
- Or Registration as project manager or
- Registration as professional in the Build Environment discipline
