REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualifications: Matric/Grade 12.
- Knowledge: Constitution of the Republic of South Africa; Human Resource matters; Training; Planning and Organizing; Administrative measures; Reporting procedures; Computer operation; Human Resource prescripts; Record keeping; Finance matters.
- Skills: Computer Literacy; Language; Numeracy; Communication; Time Management; Report writing; Listening; Interpersonal
DUTIES:
- Administer Leave matters
- Deliver a support service in respect of the processes of recruitment and selection and the advertising and filling of vacant posts within the Department
- Provide service conditions
- Process termination of staff mobility

- Relevant registration with professional body (where applicable).
- Certificates are required, however, if a certificate is only to be issued at the graduation in the future, the statement of results, together with a letter from the educational institution indicating the date of the graduation will be accepted.
