POST 1: DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

LOCATION: DURBAN

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

Matric qualification
Degree/Diploma in construction management advantageous
Solid understanding of the built environment
Structural and mechanical experience
Minimum 5 years retail experience
Attention to detail, analytical skills and problem solver
Highly technical and sound numerical skills
Flexibility in terms of working hours
Ability to travel extensively and sleep out
Highly motivated and ability to work independently
Strong negotiating skills
A valid driver’s license

POST 2: INVENTORY CONTROLLER (BREAKBULK)

LOCATION: DURBAN

CLOSING DATE: 15 DECEMBER 2022

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

Matric certificate.
Relevant post matric qualification in Logistics will be advantageous.
2-3 years relevant Inventory experience at Supervisory and / or Management level.
Proven track record of Supervisory and / or Management experience – essential.
Knowledge of warehouse systems essential.
Computer Literacy essential.
Ability to function effectively within a team environment.
Willingness to work overtime, and must be flexible when required to do so.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability and experience in managing poor performance in the team.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Must be methodical, pro-active and accurate.
Sound leadership skills essential and must have an eye for detail.
