- Required qualification : Under graduate degree in finance or law or equivalent qualification

Experience:
- Structuring, execution and implementation of Export Credit Agency backed transactions with knowledge of Project Finance, Resource Finance, Oil & Gas Finance, Aviation Finance, Debt Finance, Global Markets and Trade & working capital product
- Demonstratable financial analysis, structuring and credit assessment skills
- Technical understanding of deal management and loan agency functions (i.e. consents, waivers, etc.) and associated operational risks post implementation
- Ability to assess risk, and provide commercial input into the negotiation of legal and security documentation
- Some experience in the regulatory requirements of the various risk mitigation products (i.e. SARB, Basel, etc.)
- Fair understanding of South Africa and English law as contracting law in relation to finance documents
