The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their Internship Positions in various fields. The closing date for applications is the 12th April 2024
The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) invites unemployed graduates, who wish to apply for the 24-month (2024-2026) Internship Programme. DFFE is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
We intend to promote representativity (race, gender and disability). The persons living with disability are therefore encouraged to apply. Eligible candidates must have completed at least a three (3) year formal qualification from a recognised Higher Education Institution. Interns will receive a stipend/allowance of R7,142.00 per month.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Unemployed youth (SA citizens),
- Not previously participated in any internship programme in the Public Service,
- Have completed at least a 3 year qualification from a recognized Institution of Higher Education,

- Application must be submitted in a new Z83 form and students are encouraged to list their major subjects on the CV or put the academic record.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit certified copies of ID documents, qualifications, and recent academic transcripts/records
- On the Z83 form, on the space provided for position indicate “DFFE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME” and use the reference provided on the advert,
- Incomplete, e-mailed, faxed and late applications will NOT be considered.
