POSTS: GENERAL ASSISTANTS X5
- Duration: 12 Months Contract
- Task Grade: 5
- Location: Position to be stationed in Mthatha, Eastern Cape
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 12
- 2-Weeks experience in relevant field
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
- The records management team instrumental in classifying, sorting, and arranging records to meet these compliance requirements.
- Assist in ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date, pertaining to Records and Archives.
- Assist in ensuring that Records and Archives performance indicators are identified and specific measures are established to enable and guide the section to plan, manage and or prioritise outcomes accordingly.
- Assist in ensuring that risks and opportunities associated with the Records and Archives environment are adequately addressed through policies and procedures supporting general code of conduct and best practices.
- Assist in ensuring that effective work delivery by the Records and Archives section.
- Assist in ensuring positive interaction between incumbent and all stakeholders, pertaining to Records and Archives.
