REQUIREMENTS:
- A Grade 12 Certificate.
- Computer literacy.
- Good communication skills, good customer relations.
- Must be able to rotate to different areas of responsibility.
- Knowledge of SAP (HIS) and BAS system.
- Knowledge of Batho Pele principles, UPFS and all policies in Finance Department, General Administrative.
- Experience in health finance will be added as an advantage.
DUTIES:
- Billing, Filling, Petty Cash, Main Cashier Rolles, Sub-Cashier Rolles and updating patient information.
- Debt collection, write-offs, journals, adjustments, and allocation of payments.
- Attending workshops, meetings and training as required.
- Perform duties as accordance with job description and any other work duties as delegated.
