POST 1: REGIONAL MANAGERS X (3)

REFERENCE NUMBER: R&S/RAILHCM/ECREGMGMT/001

LOCATION: EASTERN CAPE, KWAZULU NATAL & WESTERN CAPE REGIONS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business Management/ Operations Management/Commercial/Engineering/Transport

ADDED ADVANTAGE:

• Post Graduate Qualification in Business Management/Operations Management/Commercial/Engineering/Transport

EXPERIENCE:

• 10 years’ Rail experience of which a minimum of 5 years should be at a senior management level.
• Valid Driver’s License

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• 24/7 availability
• Extended working hours
• Travel – locally and international

POST 2: PROTECTION SERVICES MANAGER

REFERENCE NUMBER: EC\HR\PS\17\01\24

LOCATION: EASTERN CAPE REGION

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric or equivalent
• Degree/ND in Security Studies/ Diploma in Policing, Police Administration or Corrections Management, or equivalent
• SAP Clearance
• Accreditation /Registration with PSIRA
• Grade A (Security management) Firearms Certificate of competence

ADDED ADVANTAGE:

• Postgraduate in Security studies or related.
• 5 Years experience within the Law enforcement (SAPS)

EXPERIENCE

• At least 10 years’ experience in a management role leading security team. police/military/operational
• Experience working in security, investigations, or related field
