REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates should have a Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4), Computer literacy is essential.
Added advantage:
- A Valid driver’s license and / or administrative / clerical experience will be an added advantage.
DUTIES:
- The incumbent will Answer incoming calls, determine purpose of calls and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
- Takes and delivers messages or transfer calls to voicemail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Answer questions about the organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information; welcome on-site visitors, determine the nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
