The Mpumalanga Department of Health invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their Administration Clerk Vacancies (X18 Posts). The closing date for applications is the 28th March 2024

POSTS: ADMINISTRATION CLERK X18

• Salary: R202 233 p.a. (Level 5)
• Centre: Rockdale Clinic (2), Nhlanzatshe 6 Clinic (4), Ethandukukhanya CHC (8), Morgenzon Clinic (4)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
• Basic Computer Literacy.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Understanding of customer care and Batho Pele Principles.
• Willing to work under pressure.

DUTIES:

• Rendering variety of administrative duties such as typing of documents, filing of records, photocopy documents and registering of incoming and outgoing documents.
• Assist in collecting statistics.
• Assist in arranging accommodation and travel logistics.
• Assist in meeting and training logistics.
