REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 certificate and Click UP, People soft or equivalent and at least 2 year working as a secretary or data capture.
- Able to work with privileged information students and patients data.
- Able to capture research data.
- Able to function in the UP financial system.
- Knowledge of undergraduate students.
- Basic knowledge of MS excel.
- A computer test will be conducted to the shortlisted candidates.
DUTIES:
- Successful candidate will be expected to perform all office related tasks.
- Ordering of stationery for UP and SBAH.
- Capturing statistics, research and publications in orthopaedics.
- Administration of 4th year students (Block 14.)
