This programme offers unemployed graduates the opportunity to gain 24 months of Workplace Integrated Learning (WIL) in different fields within SAPS divisions across the country. The initiative forms part of the National Human Resource Development Strategy and the National Skills Development Strategy, both aimed at equipping young South Africans with practical work experience.
