REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12.
- Computer skills (Certificate).
- Must be prepared to work shifts.
- Good communication skills.
- Good customer care.
- Must be able to work under pressure and with difficult patients.
- Problem solving skills.
- Be able to release corpses should the need arise and be punctual.
DUTIES:
- Registering, admitting, billing and tracing patients using SAP HIS system.
- Opening patient files during downtime using manual measures and registers.
- Making bookings for patients Filing patient files.
- Retrieving patient files.
- Handling patient monies and other belongings.
- Doing headcount statistic.
- Ordering of stock using VA2.
