REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 10 with 3 years’ experience in Supply Management (Stores) or Grade 12 with 2 years’ experience in the field of Supply Chain or Management and Asset Management.
- Knowledge of photocopying and duplicating machine is a requirement.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines and paying attention to details and ensure correctness of data/information.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
- Be prepared to work overtime when required to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal relations.
- Must be a client orientated person.
- Effective communication skills (written & verbal) must be able to read and write.
- Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
DUTIES:
- Operate photocopiers and duplicate machine on daily basis and file all photocopies on the shelves according to the store codes.
- Make photocopies for the clients.
- Keep photocopy room clean and neat.
- Assist in packing and new stock on the shelves and labelling them.
- Manage the telephone at photocopy room from being abused by clients and other users.
- Ensure that clients receive their photocopy request in time.
- Keep photocopy machine and the duplicators in good working conditions.
- Ensure that there is always enough consumables (e.g photocopy paper, cartridges and toners), available for the photocopiers and duplicators all the time to avoid disruption in the workflow of photo copying.
- Keep record of all original document / forms that that need to be photocopied report any default / malfunctioning of the photocopiers/ duplicators to the Manager immediately upon discovery of the fault.
- Assist in stock taking and delivery of stock when necessary or requested to do so.
