PROFILE:

Qualifications

Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or economics
4+ years of experience in quantitative/analytic and technology/development role
Proficient SQL skills and visualization tool experience e.g. PowerBi
Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts,
Experience in cloud platforms like Azure, Databricks
Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development
A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques,
Have experience in an Agile environment
Motivated self starter who can work efficiently with minimal supervision & direction
Strong organisational and time management skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities and deadlines
Excellent analytical thinking: You connect the dots between the data and operations, an
Process mining experience would be beneficial. Eg Celonis
Exposure to Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector preferred in the areas of manufacturing, distribution and finance would be advantageous

Qualifications

Degree in accounting or related field, post-graduate qualification will be an advantage
Minimum of 3 -5 years prior related position experience in financial accounting required
