JOB REQUIREMENTS

National Diploma/Degree Accounting
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience spent in finance environment (same or similar position)
Experience working engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 (attach certificate)
Two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Ability to work under pressure
Quality and safety awareness
A motivated team player
Must be prepared to work overtime and shifts
Comply with all plant safety instructions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

N3 or Grade 12
B-Degree in Production / Operations Management/Engineering
Qualified artisan (added advantage)
Experience in canmaking (added advantage)
Minimum 5 years manufacturing experience, 3 of which must be in a supervisor role
Be systematic in solving people/process/technical problems.
Have sound leadership capabilities, sound business management and analytical skills.
Have people management skills, coaching and mentoring and performance management.
Possess effective communication and negotiation skills.
Have integrity, high energy levels and excellent interpersonal skills
