REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 10.
• Must have sound interpersonal and communication skills and a caring attitude towards patients, relatives, staff members and external clients.
• Must be in good health and be able to do physical hard work.
• Must be able to function well in a team.
• Be able to work independently and under pressure.
• Rendering and promoting quality and caring customer care: Batho Pele and We Care For you principles.

DUTIES:

• Collecting of files from various sections of the hospital.
• Performing duties and procedures relating to specific work environment according to norms and standards of accuracy.
• Collecting and delivering of patients files from and to prescribed points.
• Sorting of patients files and loose documents.
• Acting as a reliever when requested by supervisor. Other tasks as allocated by supervisor.
