QUALIFICATION
- An appropriate four (4) year engineering degree with minimum 8 years of experience in physical asset lifecycle management
- Registration or registrable with the Engineering Council of South African or international equivalent
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, PowerPoint)
POST 2: SENIOR MANAGER ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT

QUALIFICATION
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering.; or equivalent training, education and experience
- EA Certification
- Project Management Training
POST 3: SENIOR MANAGER: TALENT DEVELOPMENT

QUALIFICATION
- A recognized BA / BCOM Industrial Psychology or Human Resources Management or related field at NQF 7
POST 4: SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT

- Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, software engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Agile/Scrum methodology
- Certifications in AWS, Azure Google cloud Solution Architect certification

QUALIFICATION
- Tertiary qualification in project coordination or certificate in IT
- Basic Excel skills
- Office Suite Certification
POST 6: EXECUTIVE ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT

- A four (4) year degree in Civil or Mechanical or equivalent engineering degree, with a minimum 10 years of experience in railway engineering.
