Thembisile Hani Local Municipality invites suitably qualified applicants to apply for their EPWP Temporary Vacancies (X250 Posts). The closing date for applications is the 16th July 2024

Department: Social Services Department
Duration: Twenty-four (24) months
Stipend: R130 .00 Per Day

POSITIONS:

Waste Collection X65 Posts
Street Cleaning X45 Posts
Roads and Storm X60 Posts
Water Management X40 Posts
Parks and Beautification X20 Posts
Facility Management X20 Posts

DUTIES:

Cleaning, mopping, sweeping, litter picking, street cleaning, cleaning of gutters, clearing of illegal dumping sites and walkways, and separating waste at source.
And any other duties that may be assigned by the Head of Department of his/ her designate.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be unemployed (Indigent Households) Preference will be given to youth, people living with disability and women and people who resides close to the area to be cleaned.
Matric will be an added advantage.
Applicants must be full time residents in Thembisile Hani Local Municipality and be in good physical health.
Proof of residential address from councilors as well as ward numbers must be clearly stated on the CV.
