JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential qualifications and experience
- A postgraduate degree in HR or Social Sciences (NQF8).
- Minimum of 8 – 10 years Human Resources experience of which at least 4 years must have been at Senior Management level in a labour-intensive organisation.
- Exceptional analytical, planning and organizational abilities.
- Effective project management, leadership and networking skills.
- Must meet all National Treasury competency requirements for Senior Managers e.g. Certificate in Management Development for Municipal Finance (CPMD) / Municipal Finance Management Programme (/MFMP) / Executive Leadership Municipal Development Programme (ELMDP) OR be eligible to obtain the National Treasury competency requirements within 18 months upon appointment into the position.
- Valid driver’s license.

POST 2: EXECUTIVE MANAGER: RISK, COMPLIANCE AND BUSINESS CONTINUITY

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential qualifications and experience
- Degree in Finance, Auditing, Economics, Risk Management or Accounting (NQF 7).
- Professional Registration with IRMSA or Compliance Institute of South Africa
- A minimum of 6 years’ experience at Management level in a corporate environment focusing on Enterprise Risk Management or an equivalent portfolio and a total of 8 years’ experience at all levels.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with strong control mindset and high influencing skills and the ability to work and analyse effectively across all levels.
- Must meet all National Treasury competency requirements for Senior Managers e.g. Certificate in Management Development for Municipal Finance (CPMD) / Municipal Finance Management Programme (/MFMP) / Executive Leadership Municipal Development Programme (ELMDP) OR be eligible to obtain the National Treasury competency requirements within 18 months upon appointment into the position

POST 3: EXECUTIVE MANAGER: GOVERNANCE AND LEGAL SERVICES

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree: Law/ Business Administration/ Commerce (NQF 7), post graduate degree (NQF 8) in the relevant field would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in Legal Services or Company Secretariat environment of which 7 should be as at a Senior Management level and 5 years as a Legal Advisor.
- Experience in preparation of budgets.
- Be eligible for appointment as Company Secretary in accordance with Section 86 of the Companies Act.
- Be eligible for appointment as the Public Officer in accordance with Section 246 of the Tax Administration Act, 28 of 2011.
- The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
- Must meet all National Treasury competency requirements for Senior Managers e.g. Certificate in Management Development for Municipal Finance (CPMD) / Municipal Finance Management Programme (MFMP) / Executive Leadership Municipal Development Programme (ELMDP) or be eligible to obtain the National Treasury competency requirements within 18 months upon appointment into the position.
