Metallurgical Engineering Graduate Programme
The Metallurgical Engineering Graduate Programme is aimed at enthusiastic graduates eager to build expertise in process optimisation and mineral beneficiation. Over the 24 months, participants will gain both practical and theoretical exposure to real plant operations.
Key Focus Areas:
- Spiral plant operation and performance evaluation
- Flotation plant optimisation and reagent control
- Dense Medium Separation (DMS) efficiency improvement
- Milling and classification circuit performance
- Sampling, data analysis, and metallurgical reporting
- Process troubleshooting and plant audits

- A degree or diploma in Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering
