The GUD Holdings YES Programme offers 12-month fixed-term employment to successful candidates, placing them within different departments of the company to gain real-world exposure and experience. While the programme is open to all unemployed youth who meet the basic requirements, those with post-matric or tertiary qualifications in the following fields are particularly encouraged to apply:
- Marketing
- Information Technology (IT)
- Business and Operations Management
- Chemistry

Who Should Apply?
This programme is designed for youth under the age of 34, who are currently unemployed and not studying full-time. Candidates must also:
- Be South African citizens
- Possess a valid South African ID
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Be eager to learn and open to mentorship
- Be currently residing in one of the following areas: Free State: Botshabelo, Mantsopa; Gauteng: Johannesburg, East Rand, Cosmo City, Diepsloot; KwaZulu-Natal: Pietermaritzburg, Durban; Western Cape; Gqeberha
Preference will be given to children of G.U.D. Holdings employees who meet the requirements to apply.
