SAPOA Bursary Programme for 2026

SAPOA Bursary Programme for 2026

As the South African property sector continues to expand, the need for skilled—and thoughtfully diverse—professionals has never been greater. The South African Property Owners Association (SAPOA) is rising to this challenge with its 2026 Bursary Programme, an initiative designed to shape tomorrow’s property leaders by investing in today’s underrepresented talents

Why SAPOA’s Bursary Matters

Launched in 2009, SAPOA’s Bursary Fund has a two-fold mission: bridge transformation gaps, and cultivate a pipeline of skilled graduates into commercial real estate. With a mandate focused on “redress the past,” the fund targets disadvantaged black South Africans and previously disadvantaged groups, offering both undergrad and postgraduate support in property-aligned fields.

What’s on Offer in 2026?

Building on a robust legacy, the 2026 bursary covers:

  • Full tuition fees at accredited universities
  • Accommodation in university-approved residences

This comprehensive support ensures students can focus on academic and personal growth without the usual financial pressures.
