QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Requirements

• Matric /Grade 12
• Red Seal Millwright Trade Test Certificate
• Valid drivers license
• 1 Year relevant experience in the Millwright engineering environment (Apprenticeship training included and for Internal candidates)
• 2-3 Years relevant experience in the Millwright engineering environment (for external candidates)

POST 2: DIVISIONAL FIXED ASSET MANAGER

EMPLOYEE GROUP: PERMANENT

LOCATION: DURBAN

Minimum Requirements

• Tertiary Qualifications
• Com- Honours (Financial Accounting NQF8) or Equivalent relevant qualifications and experience

Minimum Years Relevant Experience:

• 6 – 8 years relevant working experience (in financial reporting/Fixed Asset environment of which at least 3 years in a Management role.

POST 3: SENIOR SPECIALIST: EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

EMPLOYEE GROUP: PERMANENT

LOCATION: DURBAN

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Industrial / Employee Relations, Labour Law or related field.
• Post Graduate Qualification in the related field will be an advantage.
• 10-12 years Employee Relations experience (in-house, Labour Court, CCMA, etc.) of which 5 years is spent at a level of senior manager position in Employee Relations.

• Driver’s license code 8
• Travel as and when required by the business
