- ZFPS (1 position) – Diploma in Industrial Engineering required
- Facilities (2 positions) – Grade 12 required
- Quality (2 positions) – Grade 12 required
In total, 35 positions are available, spread across production, logistics, IT, quality, facilities, and industrial engineering.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the YES Trainee programme, applicants must:
- Hold a Grade 12 certificate (or relevant diploma where specified)
- Be between 20 and 32 years old
- Be currently unemployed (proof required via affidavit)
- Reside in one of the geographical areas where the positions are available (East London or Rosslyn)
- Be from designated groups: Black African, Coloured, or Indian
- Not have participated in a YES initiative previously
