POST 1: SENIOR ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

BSc / B Eng Electrical / B-Tech Electrical Engineering
Government Certificate of Competence (GCC – factories) as issued by the Department of Labour
Professional Registration with ECSA will be to the advantage and if not already obtained, should be able to achieve within 6 months.
Minimum years of post-graduate relevant experience: 8 years

POST 2: REGIONAL MANAGER -LEASING

EMPLOYEE GROUP: PERMANENT

Minimum NQF 7 Degree (Preferably Postgraduate Degree) in any Property Studies, Economics, Law, Finance, or any related fields

3-5 years in the real estate industry
Demonstrable network of brokerage community, retail, and commercial contacts, and similar
Member of SAFMA, SAPOA or any accredited body of knowledge is an added advantage.

Relevant BCom Accounting Degree or BTech is required.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Health and Wellness within large organizations with a complex operations of which at least 5 years at a senior managerial level;
Requirement of trust and honesty in the handling of finances as per the National Credit Act Amendment 19.
