About the Learnership Programme
This learnership is designed to provide participants with practical, hands-on experience within TotalEnergies’ Lubricant Manufacturing Plant. Learners will gain insight into lubricant production, process control, and technical operations — essential skills for a successful career in the energy and manufacturing sectors.
Over the 12-month period, learners will be actively involved in various plant functions, including quality assurance, process monitoring, safety procedures, and logistics operations. The programme blends theoretical knowledge with practical learning, ensuring that participants complete the year with a well-rounded understanding of the manufacturing environment.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- OR NTC4 in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial)
- Experience: No prior work experience is required. This opportunity is aimed at unemployed youth.
- Added Advantage: Applicants with a TVET qualification in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics Management will receive preference.
