APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FROM SUITABLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES TO APPLY THE FOLLOWING VACANT POSITIONS:

POSITIONS: SEWER PUMP STATIONS PLUMBER (X12)

REFERENCE NUMBER: RAN240916-3

LOCATION: GLENVISTA, GAUTENG

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12 or NQF Level 3 and Trade Test Certificate in plumbing
3 year working experience in a similar environment.
Knowledge of the welding and plumbing field
Ability to do minor repairs.
Knowledge of OSHA and safe working procedures
Physically and Medical fit.

PRIMARY DUTIES

Assist in maintenance, fabrication, and repairs of pipeline components.
General maintenance and loading and unloading of equipment.
Cleaning of tools and equipment
Assist on the daily routine plumbing maintenance.
Cleaning of the Pump blockages as and when required.
Record and Report all the fault Equipment

KNOWLEDGE

General maintenance
Safety knowledge
Knowledge of plumbing
Basic understanding of Water network and Sewer Network
Basic understanding of valves, pressure and flow principles
Safety working procedures

SKILLS

Ability to conduct water and sewer repairs.
Good communication skills (verbal)
Good housekeeping skills
Able to work under pressure.
