What Will You Actually Be Doing?

This internship focuses on provincial operations and front-office administration, but it goes far beyond answering phones.

Reception & Front-Office Responsibilities

You will:

  • Uphold the professional image of Services SETA
  • Welcome visitors and manage the reception area
  • Offer refreshments and assist walk-in clients
  • Manage waiting times and visitor flow
  • Keep the reception clean, organised, and professional
  • Report and follow up on maintenance issues

These tasks build customer service confidence and professional conduct.

Communication & Call Management

You will:

  • Answer incoming calls efficiently and professionally
  • Route calls to the correct departments

    • Business Administration
    • Public Administration
    • Project Management
    • Human Resources
    • Or a related field
