What is this learnership about?

This is not just training. It is practical, real job experience in:

  • IT Support
    Telecommunications
    Customer Support (Calls, Email, Chat)
    Networking basics
    Troubleshooting and Technical Diagnostics

This means you will be learning things that 1) make you employable, 2) give you confidence, and 3) prepare you for the tech industry (where salaries grow fast with experience and certification).

You’ll be assisting customers, working with devices, logging issues on CRM systems, escalating problems, and learning how a real IT environment operates.

For someone in Limpopo who has always wondered, “Where do I even begin if I want to work in IT?”

This is where you begin.
