POSITION: SENIOR LEGAL ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
SALARY: R586 956.00 – R659 436.00 p.a
LOCATION: KZN Regional Office (Ref No: S11/2025)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates should hold an LLB or relevant B Degree in Law plus 8 years post graduate experience in Law;
- Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license are essential.
DUTIES:
- The incumbents will implement contract policies and procedures;
- Administrate and manage contract;
- Implement internal control and contractual stipulations;
- Legislation interpretation;
- Drafting and Vetting of legal Contracts;
- Manage Litigation;
- Provide oral and written legal opinions upon request;
- Handle debt collection matters;
- Support Labour Relations with regards to Labour matters;
- Implement Legislation training with the internal stakeholders in terms of need.
