Road Accident Fund (RAF) is looking for suitably qualified applicants to apply for their various open vacancies. These vacancies were listed on the 26th August 2022

  1. ROAD ACCIDENT FUND (RAF)

APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FROM SUITABLY QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES TO APPLY THE FOLLOWING VACANT POSITIONS:

POST 1: RAF ATTORNEYS: HIGH COURT LITIGATION: T.A.S.K LEVEL 16

JOB TYPE: THREE YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT

LOCATION: THOHOYANDOU

LISTED DATE: 26 AUGUST 2022

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Four (4) year Degree in Law or equivalent
  • Admission as an Attorney of the High Court
  • Right of appearance in the High Court
  • Relevant 5-7 years’ legal experience post-graduation or admission of which 2 years must have been on area of expertise (personal injury litigation).

  • Knowledge of relevant case law and Legislation
  • Skills to draft pleadings, discovery of documentation on all court processes
  • Experience in civil litigation.

POST 2: PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO CHIEF GOVERNANCE OFFICER: T.A.S.K LEVEL 11

JOB TYPE: PERMANENT

LOCATION: CENTURION

LISTED DATE: 26 AUGUST 2022

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • National Diploma in Public Administration/ Management/ Office Management/ Administration or related qualification.
  • A certificate in Forensics/ Legal Services/ Enterprise Risk management/ Assurance related will be an added advantage.
  • At least 4 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant/ Secretary or in a similar environment of which 2 years must have been rendered for Senior Management or Head role.
  • SAP experience will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent working experience of MS Office.

POST 3: CITRIX SYSTEMS ENGINEER: T.A.S.K LEVEL 14

JOB TYPE: 12 MONTHS FIXED TERM CONTRACT

LOCATION: CENTURION

LISTED DATE: 26 AUGUST 2022

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma @ NQF Level 7 in Computer Science/ IT qualification.
  • Relevant 5 – 7 years’ experience in Citrix administration environment of which 2 years must have been on supervisory level or an area of expertise.
  • Experience in Citrix Certified Administration (CCA XenApp 5.0), Microsoft Certified System Administrator Server, Application Virtualization and Clustering Citrix Presentation Server 4.0, 4.5 and XenApp 5.0 and 6.5.
  • Experience in Citrix Access Gateway, Citrix NetScaler VPX and Edge-Sight experience.
  • Experience in windows Terminal Servers, IIS, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory etc.
  • Experience in the Installation and configuration of windows and Citrix applications in a multi-user environment.

TECHNICAL AND BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Citrix XenServer and XenApp maintenance and support.

  • Ensure anti-virus software and updated virus definitions.

POST 4: ECONOMIST: T.A.S.K LEVEL 15

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Financial Management/ Investment Management/ Accounting/ Risk Management related qualification.
  • Post graduate qualification in Economics/ Financial Management/ Investment Management/ Accounting/ Risk Management related qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant 5 – 7 years’ experience in an economic research, model analysis and forecasting related environment of which 2 years must have been in an area of expertise.
