Who Should Apply?

Minimum requirements include:

  • Matric/Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4 or 5) or equivalent

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Data Capturer, your core duties include:

  • Preparing, collecting, and capturing data – e.g., entering clinic/hospital information via WebDHIS or similar systems
  • Verifying data accuracy by comparing records and investigating missing or inconsistent entries
  • Generating and distributing monthly/quarterly reports
  • Providing administrative assistance on data systems (not IT technical support)
  • Ensuring data integrity through regular backups and secure file storage
