Unemployment continues to be a major challenge facing the youth of South Africa, particularly in areas such as Ekurhuleni where opportunities in skilled trades are limited for those without formal work experience. In a bold move to counter this, Khano HR Solutions has launched its NextGen Careers Programme, a comprehensive artisan skills initiative designed to equip unemployed youth with industry-ready expertise in high-demand trades.
