What Is the HomeChoice Business Administration Learnership Programme?

The HomeChoice Business Administration Learnership is a structured training programme that combines workplace experience with NQF Level 4 classroom learning in Business Administration. It is a 12-month programme aimed at unemployed youth who are eager to gain insight into the daily operations of a dynamic retail business. Successful learners will walk away with a National Certificate in Business Administration, a qualification that is both industry-recognised and SETA-accredited.

This programme will be conducted at HomeChoice’s head office in Southern Suburbs, Cape Town, providing a real corporate environment for learners to engage with professionals, systems, and processes that drive the business forward.

  • Must have matriculated between 2022-2024 (targeted youth to empower youth to become employable).
  • Must be currently unemployed.
  • Must be willing to commit to the full 12-month learnership.
  • You need to be punctual, disciplined & reliable.
  • Strong communication and basic computer literacy.
