Application Criteria
To qualify, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 25.
- Have completed Matric/Grade 12.
- Passed English with 60% or higher and one other language.
- Passed Mathematics with at least 50%, or Mathematical Literacy with 60% or higher.
- Must not be studying or registered for any other learnership.
- Must not have previously participated in a learnership within the insurance industry.
- Currently unemployed or not employed in a corporate environment for more than six months.
- Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
Compulsory Documents
Applicants must submit the following documents with their application:
- A comprehensive CV.
- A certified copy of their South African ID document.
- A certified copy of their Matric certificate (with transcript).
