Application Criteria

To qualify, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 25.
  • Have completed Matric/Grade 12.
  • Passed English with 60% or higher and one other language.
  • Passed Mathematics with at least 50%, or Mathematical Literacy with 60% or higher.
  • Must not be studying or registered for any other learnership.
  • Must not have previously participated in a learnership within the insurance industry.
  • Currently unemployed or not employed in a corporate environment for more than six months.
  • Computer literacy will be an added advantage.

Compulsory Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents with their application:

  • A comprehensive CV.
  • A certified copy of their South African ID document.
  • A certified copy of their Matric certificate (with transcript).
