This initiative falls under the LimLanga Cluster and offers five (5) internship placements for learner Diplomats who are ready to make their mark in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Learn and Do

The internship is designed to expose participants to a wide range of customer service functions and support activities. Interns will develop vital workplace skills, professional confidence, and a deeper understanding of Eskom’s non-technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound customer interactions.
  • Handling back-office activities such as non-technical dispatch and follow-ups.
  • Participating in multi-media activities and outbound campaigns for proactive customer interaction.
  • Supporting marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
  • Assisting with vending, prepaid, and EasyPay functions.
  • Driving service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Qualification(s): A National Diploma at NQF Level 6 (240 credits) in one of the following fields:

  • Other Requirements:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
