Qualifications
- An undergraduate qualification at NQF Level 6 recognised by SAQA in one of the following:

Experience
- Minimum two (2) years functional experience in:
- Client services environment, OR
- Claims processing environment, OR
- Insurance environment

- Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act (UICA)
- Department of Employment and Labour and UIF policies and procedures
