REQUIREMENTS:
Matric, Current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa HPCSA 2023/2024.

GRADE 3: Successful completion of an appropriate Intermediate Life Support (ILS) course that allows registration with the HPCSA as Ambulance Emergency Assistant (AEA). None after registration with the HPCSA as AEA.

REQUIREMENTS:
Matric (Preferably with a pass in English, Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy, Physical Science, Life Science or Biology), Current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa HPCSA 2023/2024.
Previous experience in an emergency care environment would be an added advantage.

GRADE 1: Successful completion of an appropriate. Critical Care Assistant (CCA) course that allows registration With the HPCSA as CCA. Registration with the HPCSA a paramedic (ANT). Experience:
None after registration with the HPCSA as CCA. Valid Public Driving Permit.
GRADE 2: Successful completion of an appropriate. Critical Care Assistant (CCA) course or recognized Diploma that allows registration With the HPCSA as a Paramedic (ANT). Successful completion of an appropriate national diploma qualification (recognized Diploma) that allows registration With the HPCSA as a Paramedic (ANT). Registration with the HPCSA a paramedic (ANT). Experience: 7 years after registration as a CCA and none after registration with the HPCSA as ANT.
GRADE 3: Successful completion of an appropriate. Critical Care Assistant (CCA) course, Successful completion of an appropriate national diploma qualification (recognized Diploma) that allows registration With the HPCSA as a Paramedic (ANT) or recognized B Tech or BHSC qualifications that allows registration With the HPCSA as a BTech or Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP). Registration with the HPCSA a Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP).
Experience:
14 years after registration as a CCA and none after registration with the HPCSA as ANT. 7 years after registration as after registration with the HPCSA as a Paramedic (ANT). and none after registration with the HPCSA as an ECP.
GRADE 4: Successful completion of an appropriate. Critical Care Assistant (CCA) course or Successful completion of an appropriate national diploma qualification (recognized Diploma) that allows registration With the HPCSA as a Paramedic (ANT) or BHSC qualifications that allows registration With the HPCSA as a BTech or recognized B Tech or BHSC qualifications that allows registration With the HPCSA as a BTech or Emergency Care Practitioner (ECP).
