Capricorn TVET College is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following internship programme:
- Position: Hospitality Internship
- Centre: Polokwane Campus
- Duration: 24 Months
Requirements
- Must be a former Capricorn TVET College student.
- Hospitality Studies Certificate Level 4 or National Diploma.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Innovative and creative.
- Good communication skills.
Stipend:
- Level 4 (Hospitality Certificate): R3 500.00
- National Diploma (Hospitality Studies): R5 000.00
Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan menus and prepare meals for staff and students daily.
- Assist in hosting campus and college events.
- Maintain hygiene standards in the cafeteria.
- Manage stock control, including procurement.
- Operate the cash register and perform reconciliations.
