Requirements: Grade 12 with Mathematics/Maths Literacy and a Degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
- Disease Management Admin Intern
Interns will support with document linking, closing profiles on Chroniline for Oncology and other programmes.
Requirements: Grade 12 and a Degree in Business Administration.
- Finance Intern
The intern will gain practical experience in accounts receivable and payable functions within the Finance Department.
Requirements: Grade 12 with Accounting, and a Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- HBM Admin Intern (x3)
Provides administrative support in hospital benefit processes, customer service, and operational workflows to ensure accurate service delivery.
Requirements: Grade 12 and a Diploma in Business Administration.
- Marketing and Sales Analytics Intern
Assists in reporting and analyzing member data, competitor schemes, pricing, and sales channel performance. Recommendations will support scheme growth and market strategies.
Requirements: Grade 12 with Mathematics/Maths Literacy and a Degree in Mathematics, Information Systems, Statistics, or related fields.
- Marketing Coordinator Intern
Supports the execution of campaigns, events, and research while collaborating with teams to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Requirements: Grade 12 with Mathematics/Maths Literacy and a Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Events.
- Non-Disclosure Admin Intern (x2)
Interns will provide administrative support within hospital benefit processes and customer service.
Requirements: Grade 12 and a Diploma in Business Administration.
- PMB Admin Intern
Supports the administration of prescribed minimum benefits, correspondence with members/providers, and loading psychotherapy cases on Chroniline.
Requirements: Grade 12 and a Degree in Business Administration.
- Procurement, Facilities and OHS Intern
Provides support with office maintenance, service requests, procurement, and occupational health and safety compliance.
Requirements: Grade 12 with Mathematics and a Degree in Procurement or Purchasing.
- Talent Intern
Assists with administrative tasks within the Talent Team to ensure compliance and proper auditing records.
Requirements: Grade 12 and a Degree in Human Resources.
- Tempo Running Club Intern
Promotes the Scheme’s wellness initiatives through the running club, supporting event coordination and employee engagement in healthy lifestyle practices.
Requirements: Grade 12 with Mathematics/Maths Literacy and a Diploma in Sports Science, Physiotherapy, or related.
