Programme Overview
The ATNS Engineering Learnership Programme is a 24-month training opportunity designed for Electrical and Electronics Engineering students who are eager to grow their careers in aviation. The programme is structured as follows:
- 8 months training at the Aviation Training Academy (ATA).
- 16 months workplace exposure at different ATNS operational centres across South Africa.

- Completed or about to complete a 3-year National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Light Current) or a Bachelor of Engineering Technology Degree from a University of Technology.
