Who Can Apply?
The internship programme is targeted at unemployed South African graduates who hold National Diplomas or Degrees in the following fields:
- Animal Production / Animal Science
- Pasture Science
- Veterinary Science
- Agricultural Economics
- Biotechnology
- Genetics / Reproduction Physiology
- Food Science and Nutrition
- Microbiology or related Natural Sciences
Applicants must be:
- South African citizens under the age of 35
- Currently unemployed
- Not previously participated in an internship funded by a SETA, ARC, or any government department
- Able to commit to a full 24-month internship term
