MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years’ experience as Senior Quality Assurance Inspector.
POST 2: PERFORMANCE MANAGER (NEW ROLLING STOCK)
REFERENCE NUMBER: R&S/PMNRS/SAD/02
LOCATION: PRASA CORPORATE OFFICE, BRAAMFONTEIN
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years’ experience in a Rolling Stock fleet role (Management, production, maintenance, operations)
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- SABS ISO 9000 Quality Standards certificate or PMI’S Certificate for Quality Control or equivalent

- National Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Human Resources Development/ Industrial Psychology
EXPERIENCE
- 6 years’ human resources management experience of which a minimum of 3 years should be at a supervisory/ middle management level.
