Programme Introduction

ArcelorMittal is offering 36-month training opportunities for South Africans who want to train as Process Operators at their Vanderbijlpark operations.

This learnership focuses on how steel is made, including the monitoring, controlling, and operating of large industrial machinery — an essential skill in major manufacturing environments.
