POST 1: ENROLLED NURSE AUXILIARY

REPORTING TO: MANAGER: HEALTH SERVICES

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher Certificate N4- N6 (NQF 5) in Enrolled Nurse Auxiliary
  • 3 years’ relevant experience in occupational health care.

Professional Body Registration:

  • South African Nursing Council (SANC)

POST 2: MANAGER: EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME

REPORTING TO: GENERAL MANAGER: EMPLOYEE WELLNESS

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Social Work
  • 5 years’ experience of which 3 years must be at supervisory capacity

POST 3: PRACTITIONER: PRIMARY HEALTH CARE

REPORTING TO: MANAGER: HEALTH SERVICES

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Health Services/ Primary Health Care
  • 3 years’ relevant experience.

 

 

POST 4: SENIOR PRACTITIONER: EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME

REPORTING TO: MANAGER: EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAMME

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Social Work
  • 3 years’ relevant experience.

POST 5: SENIOR PRACTITIONER: OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH

REPORTING TO: MANAGER: HEALTH SERVICES

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Basic Health Sciences/ Occupational Health Sciences
  • 3 years’ relevant experience.

POST 6: MANAGER: INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

REPORTING TO: GENERAL MANAGER: INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Quality /Safety Management
  • 5 years relevant experience, of which 3 years must be at supervisory capacity.

POST 7: MANAGER: QUALITY ASSURANCE

REFERENCE NUMBER: 003/2024 REF 013

REPORTING TO: SENIOR MANAGER: QUALITY MANAGEMENT

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Quality Management
  • 5 years relevant experience, of which 3 years must be at supervisory capacity.

 

 

POST 8: INTERNAL AUDITOR

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • National Diploma (NQF6) in Internal Auditing
  • 3 years’ relevant experience

POST 9: MANAGER: UTILITY/ BULK PURCHASES

REFERENCE NUMBER: 003/2023 REF 007

REPORTING TO: SENIOR MANAGER: ENERGY TRADING

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Business / Finance / Electrical Engineering
  • 5 years’ relevant experience, of which 3 years must be in a supervisory capacity.

POST 10: SYSTEMS CONTROLLER

REFERENCE NUMBER: 003/2024 REF: 010

REPORTING TO: HEAD OF SHIFT

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • N6 in Electrical Engineering
  • Electrical Trade Test Certification
  • 3 years’ experience as an appointed Operator
  • Mandatory Level A or Level B Operator Experience

Added Advantage

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Electrical Engineering
  • Authorised/ Appointed Control Officer

POST 11: SENIOR MANAGER: SAFETY MANAGEMENT

REPORTING TO: GENERAL MANAGER: INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • National Diploma (NQF 6) in Safety Management
  • 7 years’ experience, of which 3 years must be at middle management level; and 3 years in the safety management discipline.
