POST 1: FORESTRY BUSINESS ANALYST
LOCATION: NGODWANA, MPUMALANGA
CLOSING DATE: 10 JANUARY 2024
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry Science, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- More than 2 years proven experience in business analysis, data analytics, and process improvement, preferably within the forestry industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using database and data visualisation tools and techniques to provide actionable insights and conclusions.
- Proficient in common Excel functions and in data processing, including some experience in analysing large datasets using Excel, SQL and Python or R.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills – and the ability to operate in a highly cross-functional environment.
POST 2: ASSISTANT FINANCE OFFICER: INTERCOMPANY
LOCATION: UMHLANGA, KWAZULU NATAL
CLOSING DATE: 12 JANUARY 2024
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed National Diploma in Accounting
- 3 years’ experience in an Accounting position coupled with SAP FI
- MS Excel experience is required
POST 3: ENGINEER: BOILERS
LOCATION: UMKOMAAS, KWAZULU NATAL
CLOSING DATE: 12 JANUARY 2024
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years of Boiler and turbine experience
- Experience within the pulp and paper industry would be considered advantageous
- NQF level 7 Engineering Qualification (BSc / BEng / BTech in Mechanical Engineering)
- GCC (Factories) or permission to write will be considered advantageous
- Management Development Programme (MDP) or relevant management qualification will be considered advantageous
POST 4: SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
LOCATION: STANGER, KWAZULU NATAL
CLOSING DATE: 12 JANUARY 2024
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BSc/BEng/BTech in Mechanical Engineering
- Government Certificate of Competency (Factories)
- 5 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a heavy industry/manufacturing environment
- Strong Leadership experience
- Excellent planning, organising and technical problem-solving skills
- Ability to make smart decisions
- Experience in the Pulp & Paper industry would be an advantage
- Must be able to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
POST 5: HR MANAGER: TUGELA
LOCATION: TUGELA, GAUTENG
CLOSING DATE: 12 JANUARY 2024
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
APPOINTMENT MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources or related fields
- Post-graduate qualification in Business Management or Human Resources would be advantageous
- 5-7 years’ experience as an HR generalist in a unionised manufacturing
- Computer literate
- Understanding of SAP HR would be advantageous
