Requirements for the EPWP Data Capturer

Applicants must have:

  • Higher Certificate in Office Administration, Public Management or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 12 months of relevant administration experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word

  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Microsoft Outlook

Experience using Microsoft Office packages will be an added advantage.

Data Capturer Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the EPWP project within the PMU Unit.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recording project data using Department of Public Works templates
  • Capturing EPWP workers’ attendance registers
  • Compiling EPWP working schedules
  • Preparing monthly reports and statistics
  • Maintaining attendance records for payroll purposes
  • Filing EPWP documentation
  • Supporting the PMU administrative team
  • Performing general administrative duties assigned by supervisors

This position is suitable for applicants interested in administration, local government operations and project coordination.

Requirements for Skilled Workers

Applicants must possess:

  • National Certificate Vocational (NCV) Level 4
  • Or an equivalent qualification

Requirements for Unskilled Workers
